Occasionally, you may see the following message on your chromebook - asking you to enter the users Old Password in order to login:

Please enter your old password

Simply click "Forgot your old password?"

Forgot your old password?

On the next screen that is displayed, click "Proceed Anyway"

Proceed Anyway

The chromebook will then resume it's normal login procedure and function as intended.
