Aeries - Connect Google Classroom and Import Scores

On your Aeries Dashboard next to the list of your class(es)/section(s) you will see an “Add Website” button. Click “Add Website”
 

A new window will appear with the option to LINK a Google Classroom. Click Link.

Another window will open with a list of all of your active Google Classrooms. Select the Google Classroom that should be linked to this class/section. 

You will get a confirmation message stating that the Google Classroom has been linked to the class/section.

This linking process will have to be done once per class/section. After it has been linked Aeries will keep the connection. Once this step is done you are ready to import Classroom Scores into assignments in your gradebook.

Open your gradebook and select an assignment OR create an assignment if one does not already exist in Aeries for this Google Classroom Assignment.

Select “Enter Scores” on the next popup.

On the next page click “Show More” under the title of the assignment and then select “Import from Google”

A popup will appear with a list of assignments in your Google Classroom. Select the Google Classroom Assignment that contains the scores for this Aeries Assignment.

And the last step is to confirm that you want to import the Google Scores into this assignment.

Once you have confirmed your selection the scores will be imported to the assignment and a results window will popup with any errors that may have occurred. (Typically missing scores for individual students).
